Super Simple Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Red Cabbage – finely sliced or grated

  • Salt – to taste

  • Pepper – to taste

  • Sunflower Oil – to taste

  • White Wine or Red Wine Vinegar – to taste (do not exaggerate though…)

Instructions:

      1. Put the cabbage in a big bowl and add the salt on top of it. Rub the cabbage with the salt really well until it softens up a little bit. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

      1. Add in the pepper, oil and vinegar. Mix everything really well and taste to make sure you don’t need to add more of any of the ingredients.

Preparation: 10 min

Total time: 10 min

Notes:

Tip: You can add this in any kind of hamburger recipe and it would taste really good. It would be a nice change if you are salad lovers.
