Garam Masala Recipe
One of the most used spices for different types of food is garam masala.

Ingredients to make garam masala:
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

If you want to store your garam masalla you can do so and it will last in your cupboard / pantry indefinitely. Spices never go out of date. They might lose their smell and aroma and they might end up being useless as an ingredient in your dishes, but nothing will happen to you if you add them.
