Notes for how to make garam masala recipe :
If you want to store your garam masalla you can do so and it will last in your cupboard / pantry indefinitely. Spices never go out of date. They might lose their smell and aroma and they might end up being useless as an ingredient in your dishes, but nothing will happen to you if you add them. Nothing… they become irrelevant, neutral and useless. But if after a long time you rub them in between your fingers and you realize that they still smell, then you’re in business!
You can use this recipe for numerous Indian dishes and not just that… The sky’s the limit!
