Ingredients:
- Amaretto – 30 ml
- Malibu Rum – 30 ml
- Blue Curacao – 30 ml
- Pineapple Juice – 45 ml
- 1 Pineapple Slice – to garnish
- Wooden Cocktail Skewer (knotted)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish your glass with a pineapple slice skewered onto a knotted cocktail skewer.
