Red Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients for cooking a simple and easy salad red cabbage recipes :
500 gr Red Cabbage – finely sliced or grated
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Sunflower Oil – to taste
White Wine or Red Wine Vinegar – to taste (do not exaggerate though…)
Put the cabbage in a big bowl and add the salt on top of it. Rub the cabbage with the salt really well until it softens up a little bit. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add in the pepper, oil and vinegar. Mix everything really well and taste to make sure you don’t need to add more of any of the ingredients.
Preparation: 10 min
Total time: 10 min
Serve alongside “Magliano’s Turkey Breast and Potatoes in Red Garlic Sauce – Mama Flori’s Recipe -” or in a “Chicken Schnitzel Hamburger” or with some roasted or fried potatoes, or any kind of steak, etc…
Tip: You can add this in any kind of hamburger recipe and it would taste really good. It would be a nice change if you are salad lovers.
